Urgent Hiring for Workshop Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience :
- 3–5 years of workshop, automobile, recycling, or scrapyard experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Location : Automotive Square, Kamptee Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Salary : 15k to 25k
Skills:
- Vehicle dismantling and workshop operations.
- Team leadership and problem-solving.
- Safety and compliance management.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise vehicle receiving, depollution, dismantling, and scrapping activities.
- Allocate and monitor work of technicians and operators.
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Maintain compliance with RVSF and environmental regulations.
- Monitor workshop productivity, quality, and housekeeping.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Coordinate maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
