MaxVolt Energy Industries Limited is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team.
Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Duhai, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
CTC: Up to ₹4.20 LPA (Based on experience)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities and achieve production targets.
- Manage shop floor operations, manpower allocation, and line productivity.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain production reports, shift records, and documentation.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Lithium-ion Battery Manufacturing
- Battery Pack Manufacturing
- Electric Vehicle (EV) Industry
- Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
- Automotive Components
- Electronics or Electrical Manufacturing
