BuildHive is a design-and-build company delivering corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, architectural projects and turnkey execution solutions. We work closely with clients, architects, consultants, vendors and site teams to take projects from concept through detailed design and execution.
We are looking for an Architecture Draftsman who can translate design intent into accurate, detailed and execution-ready drawings and coordinate effectively between the design and site teams.
Role Overview
The Architecture Draftsman will be responsible for preparing and maintaining architectural, interior and execution drawings for BuildHive projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, architectural detailing, construction drawings, working drawings and site execution, with the ability to understand design intent and convert it into technically accurate drawings.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced design-and-build environmentand can coordinate multiple drawings and revisions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities1. Architectural & Working Drawings
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings based on design concepts, layouts and GFC drawings.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details and enlarged drawings required for execution.
- Prepare drawings for:
- Partitions
- False ceilings
- Flooring
- Doors and windows
- Wall finishes
- Joinery and architectural details
- Toilet layouts and details
- Kitchen/pantry layouts
- Staircases and other architectural elements
- Prepare dimensioned and construction-ready drawings suitable for site execution.
2. Interior & Fit-Out Drawings
- Prepare detailed drawings for commercial interior and office fit-out projects.
- Develop reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, wall elevations and furniture layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings for custom elements and built-in architectural features.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with furniture, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
