Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and productivity.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in the Automobile Industry (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales planning, customer relationship management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
