About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys understanding business problems, asking the right questions, and translating ideas into clear, actionable requirements.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told every step. You should be a self-starter with strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and the ability to independently drive discussions and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and ask insightful questions to uncover business needs.
- Analyze business problems and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, workflows, and process maps.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare wireframes and low-to-medium fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Organize and analyze data using Excel to support business decisions and reporting.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and edge cases during requirement analysis.
- Ensure documentation remains updated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take ownership of assigned work and proactively follow up with stakeholders when clarification is needed.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Exceptional requirement gathering and stakeholder interviewing skills.
- Excellent listening, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail with the ability to think logically and critically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, pivots, lookups, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Figma for wireframing and basic prototyping.
- Ability to write clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

- Exposure to SQL or basic data analysis is a plus.
