Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Teamcenter Architecture, data migration, enterprise integrations, and digital engineering transformation initiatives.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to define scalable PLM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Designing and architecting solutions utilizing teamcenter dev, server, and active workspace
2. Collaborating with cross functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations
3. Leading and mentoring development teams in the implementation of teamcenter solutions
4. Conducting regular system analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
5. Ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in solution development
6. Participating in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment

Other Requirements
Required Experience
14+ years of overall experience in PLM, Engineering Applications, or Manufacturing IT.
10+ years of hands-on Teamcenter experience .
5+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect .
Minimum 3–5 full lifecycle Teamcenter implementations .
Strong experience in TCIC (CATIA Integration) and TCSW (SolidWorks Integration) .
Experience in Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and enterprise integrations.
Experience working with global engineering and manufacturing organizations.
