Aadhyaraj Technologies is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand IT requirements and assist in creating job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical teams
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Follow up with candidates on interview status and offers
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn IT technologies and recruitment processes
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, or similar portals is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
