Trionix Global, a reputed Digital Marketing Company, is looking for a reliable and task-oriented candidate for the role of Office Admin & Follow-up Executive. The candidate will assist with administrative tasks, client communication, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities and duties
- Manage emails, phone communications, and administrative tasks for the General Manager
- Handle daily office administration activities
- Follow up with clients for payments and pending approvals
- Coordinate payment approvals and maintain payment records
- Manage documents and maintain proper filing systems
- Assist in client onboarding and basic coordination
- Support team members with assigned administrative tasks
- Maintain communication with clients regarding updates and requirements
Assistant qualifications and skills
- Freshers to 1 year experienced candidates can apply.
- Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm- specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Work Mode:
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
