About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Service to join our service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience from appointment scheduling through post-service follow-up. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally during service visits.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and estimated completion times.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly customer service reports as required.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience in customer service, front office, or customer relationship management (automobile experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Computer required.
