- Conduct classroom and practical training for BPO candidates.
- Train students in spoken English, communication skills, customer service, and call handling.
- Teach voice and non-voice process standards.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and interview preparation sessions.
- Assess student performance through tests and practical evaluations.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Improve students' confidence, personality, and professional behavior.
- Coordinate with the placement team for interviews and placements.
- Ensure training quality as per organizational guidelines.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
