Position: Partnership Executive

About the Role
The Partnership Executive will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem. This includes channel partnerships, white-labelling, co-branded models, and retainership engagements that generate consistent revenue for the company through partner-sourced opportunities globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partnership Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, system integrators, consultancies, and technology partners globally.
- Partnership Models: Structure and manage dedicated account executive relationships, retainership models, white-labelling arrangements, and co-branded engagement models.
- Active B2B Partnership Engagement: Drive continuous engagement with partners through regular reviews, joint planning, enablement sessions, and pipeline reviews.
- RFP / RFQ Management: Lead or support RFP and RFQ responses originating from partners; ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
- Partnership Discovery & Strategy: Proactively discover new partnership opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand partner-sourced revenue.
- Proposal Creation: Create compelling partnership proposals, commercial models, and enablement materials.
- End-to-End Partnership Management: Own the complete partner lifecycle — from discovery and contracting to enablement, deal support, and performance management.
- CRM & Sales Operations: Maintain rigorous CRM discipline for all partner activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Follow-ups & Pipeline Conversion: Drive consistent follow-ups to convert partner-sourced opportunities into closed revene.
- Revenue Contribution: Bring measurable sales from partners globally to contribute to the overall company sales target.
- Renewals & Relationship Management: Handle partner renewals, maintain strong long-term relationships, and maximize lifetime value of each partnership.
- Global Events Participation: Represent the company at global events and partner forums to strengthen the partner network and brand visibility.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in channel partnership management, partner sales, or alliance management (preferably in IT / Cybersecurity / Consulting / SaaS).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MBA preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong relationship-building skills, commercial structuring ability, excellent communication, and proven track record of generating revenue through partners.
- Domain Preference: Prior exposure to cybersecurity services, managed security, or compliance solutions is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience with white-labelling, co-branding, or MSP/MSSP partner models.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal development.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Comfort working with global partners across time zones.
- Strategic thinker with strong follow-through and ownership mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
