Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Liaisoning Officer to support coordination between hospital departments, patients, corporate clients, insurance teams, and external agencies. The candidate will assist in ensuring smooth communication, operational coordination, and administrative support within the hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational activities.
- Assist patients and attendants with administrative and process-related support.
- Liaise with insurance companies, corporate clients, and external agencies as required.
- Support documentation and coordination related to hospital operations.
- Maintain records, reports, and communication logs.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and requests.
- Support the Hospital Administration team in daily activities.
- Maintain professional communication and patient service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher candidates with MHA / Hospital Administration qualification may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations and administration preferred.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.
