About the Role
Before Holiday is looking for a Travel Operations Executive to manage day-to-day travel operations for domestic and international travel bookings. The role involves coordinating with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, travel partners, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth booking execution and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of travel operations, and the ability to handle bookings, itineraries, vouchers, confirmations, and operational coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day travel operations including hotel bookings, flight reservations, transportation arrangements, and tour coordination.
- Handle domestic and international travel bookings as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Create and manage vouchers, booking confirmations, invoices, and travel documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team for booking details, customer requirements, and operational updates.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve operational issues during travel.
- Maintain accurate booking records, vendor details, invoices, and operational data.
- Provide customer support related to bookings, travel documents, and on-trip assistance.
- Follow up with vendors for confirmations, payments, deadlines, and service delivery.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel operations and booking procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams.
- Attention to detail in preparing itineraries, vouchers, and booking records.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple bookings at the same time.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in travel operations, holiday packages, hotel bookings, or tour coordination will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and interest in the travel industry may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in travel operations, tour packages, hotel reservations, or travel agency operations.
