Execute day ‑ to ‑ day contingent workforce onboarding and related HR operation al activities with accuracy and timeliness, supporting SLA delivery and quality outcomes under defined processes and controls.
Execute contingent worker transactions including onboarding, contract updates, extensions, offboarding, and associated documentation checks.
Maintain operational trackers, logs, and records to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Embed governance, metrics, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Support preparation of operational reports, volume tracking, SLA dashboards, and audit responses as required.
