Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system monitoring processes and tools to enhance issue detection and resolution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate incident management activities to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system alerts and logs effectively.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning for critical business applications.
