Role &Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Allocate job requisitions among team members and monitor progress.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for bulk and lateral hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
