Key Responsibilities
- Field Marketing: Promote pharmaceutical products directly to clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals in the Pan-India region.
- Tele-Marketing: Engage with potential customers through calls, build rapport, and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from the market to support product development and strategy.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in pharma sales or tele-marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the Bhiwadi market will be an added advantage.
