Job Summary
Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and references
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Present and promote company services including digital marketing, training, and software solutions
- Convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic presentations
- Maintain daily records of sales activities and client interactions
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
