Order & Production Management
- Handle and maintain P1, P3, P6, and daily sales sheets.
- Coordinate with factories and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely production and dispatch.
- Issue production orders for confirmed customer orders.
- Monitor customer shipments from booking through final delivery and resolve shipment or delivery-related issues.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage customer interactions through WhatsApp and Bitespeed.
- Convert high-intent, ready-to-convert, and warm leads into successful sales.
- Assist customers by providing product information, images, and videos as requested through the website or other communication channels.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and provide a seamless customer experience.
Website & Shopify Management
- Manage Shopify operations, including product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory updates.
- Create and maintain CSV files for product uploads, promotional campaigns, sales events, and price revisions.
- Prepare product data for new collections and coordinate with the website team for timely uploads.
- Cross-check all newly uploaded products to ensure accuracy in product information, pricing, images, and specifications.
- Maintain monthly records of newly launched collections.
- Perform post-linking activities in Bitespeed for every new website or social media post.
Inventory & Store Operations
- Manage store operations, inventory movement, and invoicing processes.
- Coordinate inventory updates between online and offline sales channels.
- Ensure stock records are accurate and updated regularly.
Sales & Reporting
- Maintain and update sales records for both online and offline business operations.
- Generate and maintain merchandising and sales-related reports.
- Support business analysis by maintaining accurate operational data and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including CSV creation and data management.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including factories, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce operations, customer support, or retail operations.
- Experience with Shopify, Bitespeed, inventory management systems, and order management processes will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
