Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and promote our software development and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct meetings.
- Promote company services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing, and IT Training Programs.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of software development and digital marketing services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
