Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹21,500 (Take Home)
Experienced: Up to ₹27,000 (Take Home)

What We Are Looking For
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills (B2/C1 level).
Assessment: Ability to clear the Versant test with a score of 62+.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, active listening, and basic proficiency in MS Office.
Mindset: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding US healthcare claims and member queries.
Investigate and resolve customer issues according to process guidelines.
Maintain high-quality standards and meet Turnaround Time (TAT) targets.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
