We at Radha by Rapid Rashmi are looking for the Stock Incharge. You will be responsible for managing, organizing, and tracking all saree inventory for Seere Santhe – Rapid Rashmi. The role ensures smooth stock flow from vendors to stalls, proper display management, accurate tracking, and zero stock loss during high-footfall Santhe events.
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain complete stock records of sarees (category-wise, vendor-wise, price-wise).
- Track inward and outward movement of stock.
- Update the details on Vyapar app.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and coding of each saree.
2. Stock Allocation & Distribution
- Allocate stock to different stalls/vendors based on requirement.
- Ensure balanced distribution of designs, price ranges, and categories.
- Refill stock during the event based on sales movement.
3. Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with saree vendors for stock intake and returns.
- Verify quantity and quality of products received.
- Maintain records of vendor-wise stock and settlements.
4. Event Day Stock Handling
- Manage stock setup before Santhe opens.
- Ensure proper arrangement and display support at stalls.
- Monitor fast-moving items and ensure quick replenishment.
5. Stock Reconciliation
- Conduct end-of-day stock checks.
- Match sold items with billing data.
- Identify discrepancies, damages, or missing stock.
6. Warehouse / Storage Management
- Ensure proper storage of sarees to avoid damage.
- Maintain cleanliness, folding standards, and organization.
- Handle packing/unpacking efficiently.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily stock reports (opening, sold, closing).
- Prepare summary reports post-event.
- Track best-selling categories and slow-moving stock.
8. Loss Prevention
- Monitor stock handling to avoid theft, misplacement, or damage.
- Ensure accountability at each stage of stock movement.
