- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labor productivity, contractor performance, and site progress.
- Ensure quality control of civil works including RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with Site Engineer, Project Manager, contractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
- Maintain site discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower at site.
- Monitor daily work progress and prepare site activity reports.
- Check measurements and work completion for contractor billing verification.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and technical challenges to management.
- Ensure work completion within project timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain records of labor attendance, material usage, and site inspections.
- Support implementation of safety and compliance procedures at project site.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
