Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate mystery shopping / audit reports
- Verify supporting evidences such as audio recordings, videos, bills, and photographs
- Ensure compliance with client SOPs and reporting standards
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues in audit submissions
- Provide constructive feedback to auditors to improve report accuracy and audit quality
- Maintain overall data integrity and reporting standards
Who Should Apply
- 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in Quality Analysis, Report Writing, Transcription, Compliance, or Mystery Shopping/ Audits
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to review large volumes of data with accuracy
