Job Summary
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative and operational functions. This role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance with labor laws, accurate employee records, payroll coordination, and effective employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientations and documentation verification.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
2. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, reimbursements).
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and deductions.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with company leave policies.
- Generate monthly attendance and leave reports.
4. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Support internal and external HR audits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
