Job Description
EBG Group is looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our digital products and platforms across multiple brands. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute manual and/or automated test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, smoke, and cross-browser testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to validate fixes.
- Perform API testing using Postman.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Conduct cross-device compatibility testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify usability, performance, and security issues before release.
- Ensure high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge of test case management tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Understanding of REST API testing using Postman.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Knowledge of JMeter or other performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of website and application security testing.
- ISTQB Certification is an advantage.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
