About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Junior CAD Designers who are eager to build a career in the design of Fermenters, Bioreactors, Pressure Vessels, Stainless Steel Process Equipment, and Industrial Processing Systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to receive practical industrial training while working on real-world engineering projects. Selected candidates will work closely with senior design engineers and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in preparing engineering drawings.
- Learn and prepare 2D fabrication drawings.
- Support the preparation of General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Assist in creating Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Update and revise engineering drawings as instructed.
- Maintain drawing records and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with the production department for drawing updates.
- Learn fabrication methods and manufacturing processes.
- Organize engineering files and maintain proper documentation.
- Perform other engineering and office-related tasks assigned by the design team.
Skills RequiredMandatory
- Good knowledge of computers and operating systems (Windows).
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Exposure to SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, or any CAD software.
- Familiarity with engineering drawing concepts.
- Basic understanding of fabrication or manufacturing processes.
Candidates without CAD knowledge may also apply if they have good computer skills and a strong willingness to learn. Training will be provided to deserving candidates.
