About the Role
Optimizers is hiring an experienced and customer-oriented Senior Optical Sales Executive for our Rohtak location. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of optical products, excellent sales skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other optical products.
- Recommend suitable lens options and coatings based on customer requirements.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, order processing, and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is well-organized.
- Monitor inventory and support stock management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in optical retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of optical products, frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
