We are seeking an experienced Senior Interconnection Engineer with expertise in utility interconnection studies, power systems, distribution engineering, and substation design to support renewable energy and utility-scale projects.

Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate utility interconnection studies, costs, and system impacts.
- Lead technical discussions with utilities and project stakeholders.
- Review engineering drawings, interconnection applications, and technical documentation.
- Support project development, construction, and utility compliance activities.
- Develop interconnection strategies and cost models.
- Manage external engineering consultants and project deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- PE (Professional Engineer) License Required.
- 8+ years of experience in power systems, utility interconnection, distribution, or substation engineering.
- Experience with power system modeling tools such as SKM, ETAP, PSSE, or PSCAD.
