Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects across cross-functional teams, including Full Stack Developers and QA Engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery—while ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, technical understanding, and excellent organizational skills to drive efficiency, resolve issues, and deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Design and manage comprehensive project plans and Gantt charts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Allocate resources effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Track project progress using project management tools and provide proactive status updates.
Team Management
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of cross-functional teams while aligning efforts across stakeholders.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure accountability for deliverables.
Stakeholder Management & Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and external/internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Gather and clarify client requirements, ensuring timely communication and alignment.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
Quality & Delivery Oversight
- Work closely with QA to ensure thorough testing and defect resolution before deployment.
- Ensure all deliverables meet predefined quality and performance standards.
- Oversee deployment processes and post-launch support as needed.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida)
