About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Research Trainee to support our Business Development team in identifying potential clients, IT project opportunities, and market trends. The intern will play a key role in generating business intelligence that helps expand our client base and drive strategic growth.
This is an opportunity for fresh graduates (BBA), MBA pass outs interested in marketing and sales. MBA-Marketing candidates will be preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients across various industries.
- Identify decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Procurement Heads, etc.) using professional networking platforms and public sources.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects with accurate contact information.
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Identify upcoming IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and outsourcing opportunities.
- Prepare research reports, market insights, and presentations for the Business Development team.
- Support the BDM team in preparing client lists for outreach campaigns.
- Maintain research data in Excel, CRM, or other internal tracking tools.
- Knowledge of tools like ZoomInfo, Appollo or Lusha it would be added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Good internet research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to organize and interpret large amounts of information.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
