We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support workforce management activities. The role involves recruitment, contract labour management, employee documentation, training coordination, statutory compliance, audit support, and employee relations.
Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, Attendance records and employee information systems.
- Support training and development initiatives
- Maintain training matrices, competency assessments, and training records.
- Track employee training requirements and completion status.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs
- Handle contract labour onboarding, documentation, attendance monitoring, and record maintenance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Expertise in designing HR policies and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably a fresher)
