About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand Realply’s market presence across India. This role involves extensive travel, dealer engagement, and market development to drive sales growth and strengthen brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand working with Architects.
- Generate new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Conduct market surveys to identify new markets, trends, and competitor activities
- Promote company products (veneers, plywood, decorative panels, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
- Track daily sales activities, visits, and pipeline updates
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 year of experience in sales or business development
- Preference for candidates from plywood, laminates, building materials, or related industries
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel across India
Preferred Skills
- Experience in interior, furniture, or construction industry
- Existing network of dealers, architects, or contractors
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
