Job Title: Store Manager – Jewellery Showroom

Location: Dhantoli , Nagpur.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years in retail (Jewellery experience preferred)
Gender: Male / Female
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Supervise and guide sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Maintain stock, inventory records, and coordinate with HO for stock requirements.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of jewellery counters.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and attendance of showroom staff.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and showroom standards.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and convincing ability
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software / Excel)
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Retail experience preferred)
