About Caray
Caray Constructions specializes in Interior Fit-outs and Civil Construction across commercial offices, retail outlets, restaurants, educational institutions, and industrial facilities. We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor who can independently manage site execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and civil works at project sites.
- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and ensure accurate execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Manage labour contractors, allocate daily work, monitor productivity, and resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure work is completed as per quality standards and within project timelines.
- Conduct daily site planning and maintain progress reports.
- Verify measurements and monitor material consumption to minimize wastage.
- Arrange and execute minor local purchases required for uninterrupted site operations while maintaining proper records and bills.
- Coordinate material receipt, storage, and inventory at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify site challenges proactively and provide practical solutions to avoid delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out and/or civil construction projects.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings and construction detailing.
- Experience in supervising commercial interiors, offices, retail outlets, restaurants, schools, or industrial projects.
- Strong labour management and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Ability to procure minor site materials from local markets efficiently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and relocate for projects anywhere in India.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
