Job Responsibility of Trainee Service Technician
Assist Service In-charge in day to day Repair and Service activities in the Service Centre.
Inspection of the equipment, preparation of Inspection Report
Day to day updation of documentation
Preparation of Daily Activity Report
Assist in pre despatch inspection of equipment sold.
Visit to client site for inspection and if necessary, pickup and delivery of the product under repair.
Make regular calls to client for intimating service due date and warranty over date.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Provide updates on service status and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service records and logs.
Track and manage tools, spare parts, and other resources required for service tasks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices in the field.
Attend training sessions or certifications as required.
Required Qualification and Skill:
Diploma in Electronics/Bachelor of Science/ITI 1-2 year experience is an added advantage
Fluency in English & Hindi in reading writing and speaking.
Computer Acquaintance in MS Office & Internet Good Knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
Excellent communication skill is a must.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity for hands-on tasks.
