We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Finance to manage the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial controls. The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to handle end-to-end finance functions independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare journal entries, ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable records.
- Monitor cash flow and bank transactions.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Banking & Treasury Management
- Handle bank reconciliations and banking transactions.
- Monitor fund requirements and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Coordinate with banks regarding loans, credit facilities, and other financial matters.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and provide required documentation.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Vendor & Customer Account Management
- Verify vendor invoices and process payments.
- Monitor customer receivables and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and financial queries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance will be preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Accounts and Finance functions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, Service, or Corporate Finance environment.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and audit coordination.
- Experience handling complete accounting operations independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
