Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales support.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per retail schedules.
- Previous retail or jewellery sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
