Field Service Engineer – Ultrasound & Medical Equipment (Fresher)
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ultrasound systems and other medical equipment. The candidate will work closely with customers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to ensure equipment functions properly and provides reliable performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install ultrasound machines and medical equipment at customer sites.
- Check equipment to ensure it is working properly.
- Perform regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
- Identify and fix basic technical problems.
- Assist senior engineers in repair and service activities.
- Respond to customer service requests and provide support.
- Test equipment after service to ensure proper performance.
- Explain basic equipment operation to customers and users.
- Maintain service reports and records of work completed.
- Follow company service procedures and safety guidelines.
- Travel to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers for service visits.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues.
- Help maintain customer satisfaction through timely service.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, or biomedical equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service activities.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Biomedical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Any related technical field
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
