Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Manage the sales pipeline using a CRM.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams.
- Visit to client places.
Required Skills
- 0–1 year of B2B sales experience (preferably software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or IT services).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with lead generation and sales prospecting.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain business benefits.
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience selling SaaS, custom software development, ERP, CRM, or automation solutions.
- Existing network of business contacts in target industries.
Compensation Structure
A common structure is:
