- Job Costing & Analysis: Track direct and indirect project expenses to spot budget variances early.
- Billing & Collections: Manage progress billings, accounts receivable, and retainage tracking.
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor and subcontractor payments and verify lien waivers.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with project managers on cash flow projections and financial forecasts.
- Compliance & Auditing: Prepare records for internal and external audits, tax filings, and certified payroll
