We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and persuasive Receptionist cum Tele Caller to be the first point of contact for our institution. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities while actively supporting the admissions process by engaging with prospective students, explaining course details, highlighting the college’s strengths, and guiding them through the admission journey until enrollment.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceptionist Duties
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain the front office area, visitor register, and appointment schedules.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with faculty and other departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
Tele Caller & Admissions Support
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about all paramedical courses offered (eligibility, duration, fees, syllabus, career prospects, etc.).
- Explain the salient features of Prestige Medical Health Science, including infrastructure, faculty, clinical training, placement support, and accreditations.
- Counsel and guide students and parents through the admission process.
- Conduct follow-ups (calls, messages, emails) with leads until they complete admission.
- Update and maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily/weekly admission targets set by the management.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
