Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients and potential customers to promote company products/services
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solutions
- Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, or direct sales
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or IT/software sales
- Experience in educational industry
- Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
