We are looking for a target-driven Tele Sales Executive with experience in product-based sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers over calls, capable of handling objections, and focused on achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product features & benefits
Drive product sales through tele calling and convert leads into customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with interested leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telemarketing / tele sales (product-based sales preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Preferred Skills
Experience in FMCG / hygiene / wellness / D2C products
Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion
Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling techniques
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
