Job Title: Billing Engineer (Real Estate / Construction)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Billing Engineer to handle quantity estimation, contractor billing, and cost tracking for our real estate projects (Mvone, HiRISE). The candidate will ensure accurate billing and support project cost control.
The following are the Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify contractor bills as per work done at site.
Check BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and quantities executed.
Perform quantity take-off from drawings.
Maintain running bills (RA Bills) and final bills.
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for billing details.
Track project costs and prepare billing reports.
Ensure all bills are as per contract terms and approved rates.
Maintain proper billing records and documentation.
Requirements:
B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5–10 years’ experience in billing for real estate/construction projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing process.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel.
Good analytical and calculation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential/commercial projects.
Knowledge of software for billing.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
