Job Title: F&B Steward
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Job Purpose
To provide efficient, courteous, and hygienic food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with the organization’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests politely and assist them with seating
- Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and beverages
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks as per standard service procedures
- Ensure timely clearance of used plates and glasses
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and report to supervisor if required
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, and service areas
- Ensure proper table setting before and after service
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (FSSAI)
- Maintain personal hygiene and proper grooming at all times
Billing & Coordination
- Assist in preparing bills and present them to guests
- Handle basic POS entries if required
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
- Assist seniors during peak hours and banquets
Event Support
- Assist in setup and service
- Serve buffet or plated meals during events
- Support breakdown and cleaning after events

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
- Hotel Management / F&B Service certificate will be a plus.
- 0–2 years experience in hotel or restaurant service
- Freshers can be considered

- Ability to stand for long hours
- Carry trays and service equipment
- Fast-paced work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
