React Frontend Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled React Frontend Developer with strong expertise in modern web development, responsive UI design, and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of frontend architecture, and the ability to build pixel-perfect, high-performance user interfaces based on design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX designs into interactive and reusable frontend components
- Build and maintain modern user interfaces using Tailwind CSS
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless responsiveness across devices
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize application performance, load times, and frontend efficiency
- Implement reusable component libraries and maintainable styling architecture
- Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous data fetching efficiently
- Debug and resolve frontend issues, UI inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks
- Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards
- Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and team discussions
Required Skills & ExperienceFrontend Development
- 4–5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js
- Strong proficiency in:
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Hands-on experience with:
- React Hooks
- Functional Components

Styling & UI Development
- Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS
- Experience building pixel-perfect UIs from Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools

State Management & Data Handling
- Experience with:
- Redux
- Context API
- Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs

- Strong understanding of React application architecture
