Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through consultants, contractors, system integrators, OEMs, and end users.
- Promote Omicron's range of HVAC, BMS, and Instrumentation products.
- Meet consultants, architects, PMC teams, MEP consultants, and customers to secure project specifications.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, estimations, and project proposals.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer demonstrations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities to achieve closure.
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal engineering teams, and customers for project execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in HVAC, BMS, Automation, Instrumentation, or Technical Sales.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, and industrial instrumentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Experience in consultant handling, project sales, and channel partner development.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and quotation management tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in HVAC Controls, BMS, Sensors, Building Automation, or Industrial Instrumentation.
- Existing network with HVAC consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
- Strong project sales experience in commercial buildings, data centers, hospitals, pharma, and industrial projects.
- Leadership capability to guide junior sales engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and handle multiple product categories.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
