Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Senior Engineer to drive New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to production. The role requires strong project management skills, effective customer communication, and sound technical expertise in electromechanical sub-assemblies. The candidate will act as a key interface between customers and cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure successful project execution within timelines, quality requirements, and cost targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively mediate and coordinate between customers and cross-functional teams.
- Good technical knowledge of electromechanical sub-assemblies and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in engineering drawings, BOM management, and product development processes.
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and product lifecycle management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automotive, industrial, electrical, or electromechanical product development.
- Exposure to ERP, Microsoft Project and project management tools.
- Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay: ₹325,616.22 - ₹1,422,003.89 per year
