We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join a growing real estate organization and play a key role in managing customer relationships, optimizing CRM processes, and supporting sales success.
What You'll Do:
✔ Manage and enhance CRM operations to improve customer engagement and retention.
✔ Track, monitor, and nurture leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
✔ Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
✔ Support clients throughout the sales cycle, addressing queries and facilitating smooth transactions.
✔ Generate MIS reports, sales analytics, customer insights, and performance dashboards.
✔ Ensure accuracy and timely completion of customer documentation, agreements, and records.
What We're Looking For:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Lead Management, or Sales Coordination.
✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
✔ Strong communication, analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.
✔ Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
✔ Must be comfortable with field coordination and client interactions.
✔ Ability to ride a two-wheeler and/or drive a four-wheeler is essential.
✔ Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language will be an advantage.
